At Boavista Legal Services, we believe in the abilities of our interns and quickly entrust them with the handling of cases. You will make a significant contribution to our clients by taking on real responsibilities on real cases.

Your responsibilities will mainly include:

Conduct interviews with clients;

Develop the theory of a cause;

Perform legal research;
-
Drafting procedural documents;
-
Prepare a trading strategy or plan;

Manage a mediation process;

Drafting legal opinions;
-
Apply the administrative rules of practice to factual situations (invoicing, management of a practice and etc.);

Drafting various legal documents;
-
Prepare audition files;
-
Make representations before the courts (TAL, Court of Quebec, Superior Court etc.).
